No login after update to version 7

Hi

I am Berny and I need an urgent help from you please.

I am running an Internet Webradio since last September. I have now updated version 6 to 7 following all instructions in order how to do it. I was able to register one user for testing only. I made an backup of all my files and folder and also from my whole database which I saved on my pc.

Now, we have 426 User already. I retrieved only the users from the database. After refreshing the page the 426 user are showing as registered member. My wife also registered there (but more for testing for myself).

I have tried to login with her password and I failed. No chance to login. I have no idea how to fix this issue. Angry

Now I found that I am not able to login anymore as a superadministrator. When clicking on forgot password and entering my email address it says, email address not known, oh my gosh.....:@

It would be a huge work to generate new passwords for all the 426 user or to ask them to generate a new password using - Forgot Password - Never looks good for user.

Please I really need help as I am stuck here. I have tried it several weeks before and have got the same result.
