Help please. I did a fresh install of v7.00.07 all seems to be fine accept i try to use the bbcodes and they dont want to work.

I had gone into admin and enabled some of the disabled ones and did the admin test on bbcode and it works there ... BUT doesn't work in pms or forums quick reply nor in reply. It does seem to work in the shout box.

I did try ... i reloaded the bbcodes via ftp just in case there was a problem there and no luck. I also tried to disable them all and then re enable and still no luck.

How can this be fixed thanks!

here was the issue

I have determined that it is the newsletters PANEL from the current newsletters infusion on the mods site:

Newsletters ver4.01
Version: 4.01
Category: Miscellaneous
Type: v7.00 (Infusion)
Author: Grimloch

disabling the panel brings back working codes.

I have the same problem. Thanks for pointing out the solution.

But is there any indication as to what caused the bbcodes to be blocked? And is there a fix? I have installed Newsletter v4.01 which does not seem to be supported on the official MODs site anymore.

Open newsletters_panel.php, search for line 57:
echo "<form name='[color=#ff0000]inputform[/color]' method='post' action='".FUSION_SELF.(FUSION_QUERY ? "?".FUSION_QUERY : "")."'>\n";

Change inputform to newsletter_inputform

The same in line 68.
