Not sure if this is a installation issues or not but i just installed my site at godaddy haven't added any mods either.
When i click on register i don't see the validation code. :|

Was you using a "FREE " Godaddy web hosting account,if so they run a script to inject adds,the script they use in in a frame cuasing the registration system not work properly

Yes and the max toball themes would cover up the adds lol Is there a way to fix the problem?

The problem is with Godaddys adds not the theme. I wasn't trying to ask about the theme just brought it up in-case someone maybe interested.

I would assume that the Ads provided by GoDaddy are a prerequisite to have free hosting, hence it would probably be a violation of your agreement with GoDaddy to even attempt to remove them.
Read up on their usage terms, I am sure you will find a similar text.
