looks like you have deleted your theme files. try upload them back.
or you have delete the language files?

what is on the line 171 in maincore.php? have a look

I see double forward slashes in the links......

It looks like it cannot get variabele $settings['locale']

Do you miss the php-fusion tables? Like fusion_settings etc.......

You have lost your locale setting in the settings table in database.

Enter it again e.g. via phpMyAdmin with name matching your language locale, e.g. "English".
