After doing the upgrade I can see the new settings area but there is no security subheading.

Any requirement to enable this.

Does the locale errors effect this.

It's just an icon in there, not a subheading/subsection. If all your locale were in place when you upgraded you should see "Security" on the Settings admin page.

Sorry you can delete this. This is the locale errors during upgrade.

Example Notice: Undefined index: 435 in /users/ravenlab/public_html/administration/upgrade.php on line 90
