rags, triple posting won't help you get a response, it'll help your thread get deleted by moderators. I would update your current version on your old hosts. make sure it transfers properly... the create a backup of the database (Admin Panel->System Admin-> Database Backup). Make sure to select all the databases. Then on your new host i would do a fresh install... then restore you databases (Admin Panel->System Admin-> Database Backup).

In order to move and upgrade your site on a new server you need to do the following pases:

1. Save all your files to your PC using a FTP client, take Filezilla for example.
2. Backup your database using phpmyadmin.
3. Upload your files to the new server.
4. Go to your cpanel and create your old database back with the same username and password so you wont have to edit anything later on.
5. Go to php phpmyadmin on the new server and import in your database the backup.
You now should have your old site up and running

Now for the update:
1. Download and extract the new php-fusion 7.01 package
2. Upload in the administration folder the upgrade.php file that you will find in the upgrade v7 folder .
3. Upload the new locale folder.
4. Go to your php-fusion admin page and run the upgrade.
5. Now upload the rest of the files, excluding setup.php and _config.php.

I've tested this and it works just fine.
If you have problems finding anything just ask. Good luck!
