Private message spam. I can pay out for help

My PHPFusion v7.00.07 site have problems with spam to private messages. For some reasons I can't update my website to latest version of PHPFusion.
I will try to use this:

But if pest already have website members list, will DB_PREFIX changes work?
Maybe someone can make validation image for private messages or something like that? I can pay for that. My skype id: maksasmksz
I'd be very grateful for the help. I'm not interested about spam bots, exploits etc. at this moment. First I have written here. Maybe there already is thread with help about spam to private messages?

If you read the Read me correctly in the PHPFusion 7.01 package you should not have any problems with your upgrade, just remember to make a backup first.
