didn't know where to post this :| just wanted to know if anyone knows of a converter than converts e107 users and posts to php fusion. if not e107, anything else that i could convert to and then convert over to php-fusion or if anyone is willing to make one for free or not.

Thanks

If you only want the users I can help you with that but I need to know what e107 version you are using so I can write the proper export/import script.

//Later edit: I started working on the e107 plugin for the users table export, then I'll have to create the PHPFusion infusion to import them. However, SpicyFood mentioned in a private message that he would only convert if he also had the forums ported from e107 to PHPFusion. Not only it would take time to create the script by learning the e107 forum structure, but I cannot promise I can do this task soon enough as I'm quite busy lately. Can someone else jump in?

thankyou so much guys

i think there has been quite a demand for this so it would be great if someone could make it because i prefer php-fusion :)

if you cant, can anyone suggest a way to conver to php fusion ie converting to smf and then phpbb2 and then to php-fusion?

i've heard of a phpbb2 to php-fusion converter but all the links ive tried are broken :(

i'm almost done with the user part of the import script and this is what i will take from the e107 user table user_loginname, user_password, user_email, user_signature, user_timezone, user_hideemail, user_join, user_lastvisit, user_forums, user_ip and user_ban

if you have any other fields you want to be imported let me know, i will then see if the field is made for PHPFusion

i'm glad that you don't use subforums it will make it alot easier to make
