Which Domain should I go with ?..??

Hello Guyz,

I've been Searching for this from few days on the Internet. Actually I am interested in buying a Domain with php-fusion Indian Domain, i.e, php-fusion.in or php-fusion.co.in B)

Actually I want to Host an Addon Website on it and will be Good for National Support Site in future. B)

But I am having some Problems. :(

Actually, This website is already Registered by Some Person. But the Good thing is that the Owner Registered it for providing it for future use for National Support Site. You can check yourself by visiting http://www.php-fusion.in/. He said to Contact him in order to have the Domain.

I've messaged him through both E-Mail and Contact Us page and registered on the site(he is not Moderating my Registration) and it has been 2 weeks but Unfortunately No Response from his side.

I looked up the Domain through WHOIS and found the Information that it is Hosted in FRANCE. WHOIS has his Name as M Stegeman and Contact no. Check at http://whois.domaintools.com/php-fusi...-fusion.in

So I don't know how to Contact him. :|

I am confused that if the Site would be National Support Site in future then will the .co.in it be suitable for a Non Profit website or what. Can I also take this Domain as Support Site...? B)
