This is a great addon Marcus !

I wonder if it is compatible to version 7.02 ? and if it is possible that the addon sends also notification to writer of article or news that have been commented !

Yes, it should work with 7.02.xx too.

You can change the receiver in file mg_latest_comments_pn_panel.php on line 21:
Code Download source
$message_to = 1; // Receiver of PM (User-ID)


But you can only have one receiver for all type of comments.

The idea is to find some automatic way so the message is sent to the writer of the commented item !
