Hey I use css navigation (see the picture)
My question is if i can make it to be a dropdownmenu.
So when u click on one of them they will drop down and be more links.
Possible?

no, you need a mod for this.

Henrik Brobeck as Polarfox said you cant use the present css navigation panel.
A new infusion would need to be built. There accordion style menus.
