I have a weird problem and I'm trying to figure out if it's maybe a coding bug or a siteground bug.
I use siteground for a memorial website for my cousin and I'm unable to get the mail part working.
I know what the mail settings should be and when I use them, no emails get sent from the contact form, PM's ect.

On my personal site they work fine, which I'm running off my home server.
So I used my mail settings from my personal server (have own e-mail and ftp server running also)
and still no messages.

So I'm baffled. I waiting to hear from siteground to see what they say.

If anyone has run into something similar and fixed it, could you let me know??
thanks!!

Sounds like your Server Problem... Have you tested using that E-Mail manually from a Local client(Outlook etc) to send any test email ? Do they work ?

@chowland: You're missing some copyright-text in the footer of your site:

Quote

Original DAJ Blue Theme by: Dustin Baccetti · Ported for PHPFusion v6 by: Fuzed Themes · Converted to PHPFusion v7 by Kenneth

If any doubt how it should look like then take a look here - and use the theme switcher and switch to the theme DAJ_Blue.

Thx.

I don't remember where I found that theme, but I promise I never changed anything in the footer. I've always used this theme since earlier versions of fusion (6.x.x ?). Anyway, I added that to the footer code.

So anyway, yes I'm able to send and receive mail using that account and using outlook.
It seems like siteground might be blocking the mail settings somehow. My personal server works fine.
