This is designed for easy content creation/deletion for offline test sites. It has no security protection!
Using it in a live site would be potentially dangerous as anyone can access it.

It will create dummy...

Load up the attached file to your root directory and navigate to it. It will not allow the creation of content until after you create some users.
The Delete All button will delete everything except user #ID 1.
