I looked in global.php and there is no " date ".

There is " time " and " month ", no day.

Or are you talking about the time and date settings in your admin panel.

If your trying to change English " January " to Russian " January " then you download the Russian local files.

If you changed global.php months then you changed them.

The individual months are not broken down in the locals, just the ones in global.php.

In the admin panel time and date settings what you see is not set by a local its call by a linux function time( ).

So I believe what you see is what the server sends and its not controlled by locals.
