i have read the AGPL license, and the license constructions on the webpage. but i not understand something.
the commercial licenses on the webpages looks like stands for portal designers who resells his work, etc.
but what, if somebody uses a php-fusion based portal to sell some stuffs on it. For example, the webpage of a disco, where you can order tickets for the next party. Or a webpage of an online shop.
OR a webpage, where the owner advertises on his/her site, and earns money from that.
is that allowed by AGPL license?
if a dude who creates a portal, modifies the AGPL-licensed php files, he should release the modifyed php files?
and. what about this? http://www.php-fusion.co.uk/faq.php?cat_id=3#faq_10 this says, yes, you can use it for commercial purposes.
BUT
http://www.php-fusion.co.uk/faq.php?cat_id=3#faq_9 this says, its licensed under GPL v2 seems the faq is outdated, isnt php fusion only available in AGPL now?
And yes you can add a shop ticket and stuff, but don't sell fusion parts like infusions, mods and all that... respect the fusion copyright and the theme, infusion, mod author copyright.
if i become ritch (chance is around 0.001%) i will donate the **** out from php-fusion :D
okay, so lets see if i intercept if correctly
i can do anything i want (including selling stuffs on the webpage, showing ads, and including the edition of the original php files, even if i lazy to share them) IF i keep the phpfusion copyright text, AND i NOT start to resell the parts of my portal.
