Conversion of v6 theme to v7

I'm not really good at this kind of thing, but would someone be willing to convert xmas2 to v7?
From what I can see on http://www.themesbase.com/preview/?pr...review=272 it looks like it has much of the functionality (the preview is running on a v7 copy of php-fusion.
It's a damned good theme and it'd be a shame to keep it updated.
