exactly, but only for comments.

The reason is that many times people are posting comments that are unrelated to the content and there must be a way to rate the comment to discourage off-topic or unrelated discussion. Like if they argue in the comments about something not related to the topic, it is a waste of everybodies time. So maybe if a comment has 10 negative votes it will have a CSS that hides it but if someone wants to read it they can make it visible.

Thats a nice Idea... I will surely take it into our notice(fangree staff) and will see if we can make this nice thing for people ;)
