hi there im new with phpfunsion an i found it very cool i have vbulletin forum licensed the problem is here how can i make the users login to use the same login to phpfunsion so they can login an post videos etc with same login as they logon forum please thankyou :)

There is no mod or infusion that i know of for that. Try Google for PHP-fusion vBulletin bridge, if you find nothing then will have to code it yourself or find someone who can. Sorry

Right now, I don't think there's a PH -> VB bridge out there. In order to get it to work you would have to edit core files or make one heck of an infusion.

I'm booked right now or I would attempt to make a bridge.

skpacman is right, as far as I know no one has ever made a vBulletin/PHPFusion convertor.
