Ok,
Goto your host,Login
1) Goto Mysql or PhpMyadm. and setup a Database
2) Name your Database,Give yourself a Username & Set a Password
3) Set prefix (automatically )
4) Click save or create Database

Alot of hosts are usually "localhost"
In some cases it may not be,If you have access to PhpMyadmn.
you can find your host name at the header of the page,( the top)
:D You should read the manual,or contact your host and ask them if your using localhost???
