When I click on finish install I get redirected to 1&1 hosting instead of the php fusion site. Can someone help me out? I re-installed it three times and same thing happens.

Your settings seems to be fine for me but your website is creating a Redirect loop, i.e, http://67.186.26.202/cms/ redirecting to http://67.186.26.202/cms/... :(
