I have stopped using php-fusion for a while because it is simply not good enough. If someone can make a theme and describe configurations that looks and works exactly like this one: http://www.userreport.com/ , then I'll come back to PHPFusion again. (Unfortunately I am unable to do this job myself.)

CMS PHPFusion is not what it once was. If you are the site administrator Then the you can not make a good website without programming knowledge. Now you need to to study programming code, html, php, css. Or use other most popular cms engines. Then can you find through a search engine, all you need (topic - template, mod, plugin, desired code.)

There are numerous theme dev sites,and mod sites available in several countries.
With lots of support.
PHPFusion is not good enough for your needs?
