User Submitted Reviews Infusion

Hi there. I am looking for a Reviews infusion for php-fusion version 7.02.xx. I have performed a search and believe that no current solution exists. Note that I am willing to pay someone to provide me and/or the public with this modification.

Included features:
[ulist=disc]Users can submit a review on a product.
The review form should include a text description, a rating out of 5 stars, and the option of custom fields/dropdowns (eg. Dropdown list called nicotine with the options 'low, medium, or high'
Users should be able to mark reviews submitted by other users as 'helpful' if they find them helpful, under each review it should say something such as '5 people found this review helpful'.
The number of reviews submitted by a user should show up on their profile (User admin > User fields)
There should be a category structure eg: Brand > Product
In the admin section there should be the ability to add/edit/delete brands and products[/ulist]

I'm sure other people would find such an infusion useful.
