remove all content from one page

Ok so I was wondering how I can exclude all content on one page only. Sorta like an intro page.
I know I can do it through the admin panel, but when trying to remove content from the upper and lower center panels it forces me to select display on all pages.
Would I say display on all pages, then say exclude on those pages also.
