Hi , you can simply put, for example
width='960'

In all table openings. you need to open themes/fisherman/theme.php for it.
One example,
echo "<table width='960' cellspacing='0' cellpadding='0' class='multi-header' align='center'>\n<tr>\n";


Again, do it for each table opening you want to limit, one is head, other is content and a 3d should be footer. Best of luck ;)

Change all table opening as I mentioned to correct width and also add align='center' or you can increment the class='CLASS center'
