My site was hacked, updated to new version, now another prob

I know there are a few topics about sites been hacked and i have read them all and updated my website to the newest version of php-fuson, now im getting an error message,

when i click on admin, to go to the control panel. it loads up fine, but in the back ground it has this message

Damn!!! you know this kind of makes it hard, on php-fusion users want to use the program, somebody has a personal vindetta against it and is trying to shut everybody down that uses it, and nobody knows why???
