Is There any code or plugin to hide link inside thread ?

please help me , so when guest viewing thread he will see "Please register to see link"

how to do that ?

and then is there any plugin for file attachment ? because its important

and then is there any function to search unanswered thread ? so for admin its easy to reply unaswered thread ?

i use Admin Panel - v7.00.1
