Demoting superadministrator

I wanna demote a superadministrator. I've got access to the database but I simply don't know what (and maybe how) to edit it so I can demote him. All I know about this is that I have to edit him from 103 level to 101 level. Thanks for you help

If you mean user ID, it's not 1, he registered later, I don't know if it can help somehow but I'm the owner of that account.

Admin panel method:
Admin Panel > User Admin > Administrators > Edit (User in question) and uncheck all rights. Then go back to Administrators, and simply Remove..


Manual method:
If you are the server administrator, and are wanting to demote a fellow Super Administrator to Member, you would have to set their user_level to 101, and remove user_rights.

Access your phpMyAdmin and navigate to the users table. Locate the user_name in question, and edit those columns mentioned above.
