I have a question:
How to change the attributes of files in PHPFusion 7.00 on CHMOD 777 by Total Commander? Please, video tutorial or instructions with screenshots. (other instructions do not understand) I have Total Commander 8.01.

I don't use TC but with Filezilla should be much easier, you just right click > File Permissions > enter numbers or check some check boxes.
