I have problem of infusions or panels something goes wrong with the code in utf 8 title or text on my end comes this ?.... hiar http://www.hellasplus.com/articles.php I do not know why there are only in panel or infusion 
somewhere there must be a mistake in the code the problem appears in all panels or infusions

Enter your mysql database with phpmyadmin or similar and try to set all tables to UTF-8.

domi all in database its ok in utf 8 and lang the same, does not appear in letters only at the end and at this point only.. something wrong in the code should be
