If you use filezilla or similar you probably have your setting set to binary rather than Auto when FTPing your upload.
This will cause all lines in the file to land on the same line and it will result in that error.

so how can I do to settle this problem?

Although this error does not point to a locale (language) error you might try to install php-fusion in English. I've seen stranger things.
If all installation steps are ok with English, retry installation in French with a different French locale set.

1, Download a new pack from here as source.
2, Make sure that the files are uploaded with the correct settings as provided with a screen.
