function hide_email with noscript message for v7 and v9

If JavaScript is disabled no email address is displayed which is just fine!
But I felt the need to display a message instead of nothing.
For v7 edit maincore.php, for v9 edit core_functions_include.php
Search for function hide_email
append this code just above return $res;
