From time to time I get a new member which I have to approve or cancel.
Which is the correct sequence to cancel a member still not active?
Thanks

With "Cancel" would you refer to "Delete"?

I tend to avoid as much as possible of that set of functions, no clue what the "correct flow chart" is for this.
Either you give an account access to the site, or you don't. (Activate or Delete).

If you want to make sure some E-mail address or IP addresses do not get in, use the Black List function.

Beg your pardon, I meant delete. When I do it, as a feedback I get a white page with a Pause symbol, but no delation confirmation. Is it the correct sequence of events?
Thanks again

As Falk wrote, try switching you language to English and then look in to User Administration, if you see better text and get a better explanation in the pop up, then your translation might be the issue.

you can link to an image after making it available online....

Like my avatar, it is located at w w w.php- fusion.co.uk/images/avatars/frogman11.png (Link broken on purpose)

The I use the IMG link /IMG tags to link to it for visibility here:

www.php-fusion.co.uk/images/avatars/frogman11.png

And then you also see that the forum does not scale images very well
