Good morning!

I want to use a responsive theme in v7 so i downloaded the Omni Responsive Theme from Craig and it looks good so far.
Now my problem is: On the right side i have three side-panels which are basically there for navigation. So what i want is that when the display get's smaller that a burger-menu is created and the links from the panels are put in it.

Can anyone show me how this would be done? Since i'm experimenting with this it is ok to use another theme if it makes it easier.

OK, i found out that there is a drop-down-list that contains all sub-menu items.
Since i have some special requirements i think can not use this.

My requirements are that depending if one session-variable ist set, some menu-items are invisble.

Is there a possibility to add this functionality to the site-links? if so i could use it..

OK, i think i can solve this with user-groups, however the sub-header get's pretty crowded now..
is there a way to add drop-down-menu functionality like here on this page?

If you are on 9 you have it nativly, see the documentation for Site Links. On 7 it is theme controlled. Most Themes do not support it.

No, it would require Core modifications, both 7 and 9.

Thank's a lot Falk!

I managed to add dropdown-menu to the Omni Theme, i just forgot to read the documentation on it.
By adding %submenu% in front of the Site-Link i want to see as parent and %endmenu% to the last child.

Concerning the hiding of the menu for Administrators, i can live with that for now.

As soon as it runs on 7 i try it on 9.
