If you want to pursue that issue, please start a new thread or continue in already existing ones if they are still open, I have recommended to change host or at least try a new one for your problem.
If I recall the issue correctly, it was a hhtp include limitation set by host when SEO is on,the host rejects remote include in that mode. I don´t know if a new host will solve it for you, but the problem you described many times have not been duplicated on our test servers a single time.

As per checking with our technician, you might need to check the rewrite on .htaccess lines 30-47 since these rules are causing the redirection. If the same codes are already there before and it is working fine, it may happen that there's a conflict between that and your SEO. As per your statement the SEO says that rewrite is 'on' and that is based on the codes created on your .htaccess
