I lost my ability to log back in while upgradeing... it was upgradeing then it went back to mantinance page for me to log back in to start step 2 but I am unable to log in so now I am stuck at mantinance page with no way to log back in and changing the password in database isn't an option I guess since its all encoded

Go in the DB and turn maintainance off. Then request a new password as normal.
