I started testing RC3 and added some links to the sitelinks. I only use the subheader and have no other links.
All links are relative to files that are directly in the root-directory.
The links are only be visible to a custom usergroup.
if this is relevant i use the bootstrap theme.

now what happens is that basically everything works just fine howeer if i take a look in the Error-Log there are many entries for the css_navigation_panel.
