User reports "registration does not work!"

Yes, it's the latest Git. But I guess I still have some files an older. Because I did not restore themes and news.
Which folders and files thus recover?
Just those I updated:
/register.php
and according to this file:
require_once THEMES."templates/header.php";
include LOCALE.LOCALESET."user_fields.php";
require_once THEMES."templates/global/register.php";
include THEMES."templates/global/profile.php";
SMTP authentication is not in Administration / Miscellaneous off !?
I do not look in the php.ini, whether it is on safe mode. Or that it would be hosting without notice to disable?

The user registration, I sent a query to the web hosting provider.
Options: PHP 5.4, 5.5 a 5.6 // PHP 5.3 // PHP 5.2 // PHP 4
safe_mode Off // Off // On // Off
Safe mode is therefore for PHP v.9.0xx wound!

Do you have errors log?
Update includes/ folder especially user related ones.
User fields, quantum, sqlhandler, all user fields modules .. these are priorities.
