Shoutbox Posts & Forum Posts Not Showing

I downloaded and installed some themes and user fields and one infusion and for whatever reason, my shoutbox posts and forum posts are not displaying on the site. Has anyone else ever had this problem? I tried switching themes. I can only see where one core file was changed and the was comments_include and I already uploaded the original version of that back and nothing. Anyone have any idea what's going on? If someone would be willing to check it out, I could set up a guest account on my site.

I attempted to fix the error by uploading all of the core PHPFusion v7.02.07 files from a fresh new download and that still did not fix the issue. I'm at a loss for what it could be and I am going to dislike going through and removing all the files I uploaded one by one to find the issue but that's looking as if it may need to happen. It almost has to be something I uploaded. For reference here is what I downloaded from here and uploaded to my PHPFusion site:

I am sure it is definitely one of the things I've listed but does anyone have any idea what one it may be? If anyone has any ideas whatsoever, I'd be happy to try anything. Attached is a screenshot of what my forum and shoutbox looks like when posted in.
