I have a feeling this is an easy fix but I cant seem to figure it out.

There was an error while processing your request
Upload file is not a valid file type. Image must be one of the following file types - jpg.jpeg.gif.png.tiff.tif.bmp.ico
Downloads Screenshot - Please select a valid file

UPDATE: Fixed the issue.
Admin Dashboard> Settings> Miscellaneous Settings> Check uploaded files for MIME type? > NO
