Problem with error messages in Bootstrap theme

Greets.
Below the subheader in the boostrap theme there is a warning/error div that shows error messages both to users and admins and I can't find anywhere to remove it..not in the settings or in the theme files. Any help on this is appreciated.

That is a token error message, do you have some form posting somewhere?

Hi there, during the initial development we thought that token error as a security error, and we show it so infusions developers will adapt to the new method of building a form.
In our later part of the development, these token errors are silent to be more user friendly. Andromeda doesn't report it anymore.
