These are issues that are fixed in the latest Andromeda, You can give it a shot. https://github.com/PHPFusion/PHPFusion However, the stability can vary from day to day as with any dev version online in Github.

Remember to run the upgrade. Not sure if Readme is fully adjest. But always copy the Adminnistration/upgrade.php and the folder upgrade first of all. Enter Administration and run the upgrade procedure. Once done. Copy the rest of the files before testing the site.

I upload de upgrade.php in the admin folder, and i upload the upgrade folder to the root
when i go to the admin > upgrade there is nothing to do/ or see

Replace all files and run install.php thats all. Olny copy v9.03 files into current v9.0. And also use PDO driver.
