I made a complete backup.
I did a totally clean install (reset database)
Restored through backup, and now I miss all my users and a couple of panels..
Can anyone help getting my site back as it was?

Now I got it to behave somewhat normal...
I suspect that there is a bug or incompatibility if you started with a 9.0 and try to upgrade to 9.03..

We tested the entire upgrade system. In many scenarios and all works well.
Just what you need is replace old files with new and run site.com/install.php In title you can see PHPFusion Upgrade and follow the instructions. Thats all.

If you use old backup on new PF you will need to upgrade database, not only files.
