I don't know if this is a problem or not as this is the first time I have explored the downloads infusion. When clicking the header/Downloads link, the downloads show up just fine but both side panels are not shown and the downloads page spans all the way across. I need to know if this is the way it was designed or if I have a problem. See image.

On some of my themes, I turned off the panels for nicer design

Comment out (or delete) these lines to turn on panels
