Hello, can i create a PHP Fusion Area in a Forum or can i make an new PHP Partner like PHPFusion Deutschland? 

This is a german Forum or it's a new german PHP Fusion partner.

If you want to make a Forum area with Fusion related questions, you simply create wanted forum topics from your forum administration.
