Question: At install time OPCache is not enabled. If you enable it later in your host control system is there anything else that needs to be done within the site system or files anywhere?
Comment: I am really impressed with the stability and completeness of the installer for 9.10.00, It was a flawless installation however, I am not pleased that only the Magazine theme is included with the release. I personally don't care for the theme. I uploaded some of the older 9x themes from 9.03.90 etc etc. None of them will work right. The new themes I see like Spectral and Stellar seem to be beyond my comprehension. I don't have any idea where to start to use one of them.

OPCache is not required but is recommended for better site performance.

Themes:
All v9 themes created by me or previous developers are always available on the Marketplace, and these themes are still fixed if errors occur. You have to download new version, that's all.
As you can see on Github, every single addon created/maintained by me, still receive updates.
There is no reason to put more themes in the core if you can download them from the Marketplace.
These new themes published in my second "PHPFusionThemes" account were not created by me or anyone from the DEV team. Only few of them (BS4 themes) are completely recoded by me. (I don't like em..)

Thanks for your quick response RobiNN. I know you're not always able to with so many pots in your fire. I'll try some themes from the Marketplace.
EDIT: Unfortunately every v9 theme in the marketplace I click on for d/l says it's unavailable.
