Just got back from vacation and discovered one of the problems our crew is having with upgrading from 9.03 to 9.10 is changing URL's.

On the original site, news links to the url is "DomainName/news/cat#/TitleOfNewsStory"

With the upgrade, it is converted to "DomainName/newscat#TitleOfNewsStory"

Does anyone have any idea as to where we can look for a solution to this problem or what can be causing it?
