Missing Content Admin Selections

I used softalicious to install the latest in php-fusion and I only have four options in the Content Admin section. I don't know what's going on, but I cannot hope to proceed without all my options.

I fixed it. I wound up having to manually uninstall and reinstall before it would work correctly.

Checkrights issue, we might as well bump all values to always return true if superadmin.
