Has any Tutorial or Guide or SDK that will help Users/Coders Upgrade Themes from earlier Versions of PHP-Fusion like Versions, 7 & 8? If not, is there an SDK and/or Tutorial for Developing PHP-Fusion 9 Themes? So far, I do not like any of the PHP-Fusion 9 Themes well enough to use on my website.
If no Tutorials, Guides or SDK's for Upgrading PHP-Fusion 7 & PHP-Fusion 7 Themes to work with PHP-Fusion 9, would someone mind writing a Tutorial or Guide please? I will also pay to have certain Themes Upgraded to work with PHP-Fusion 9 also. Any help would be appreciated greatly.

Themes for V7 are not compatible with V9, and some of the V7 themes will more or less work under V8.

This is the doc:
