I installed the latest dev. Version in GitHub and tested the banners management .
1- You can not add a clickable image banner with a link .
2- You can not align an image banner to center, left or right but alignment is only for the text banners
3- Banner 1 is located at the top of the page, while banner 2 is at the bottom.
I hope to find these notes added and to make banners rotate only at the top with succession and sequence if possible

None of these things is a PHPFusion problem.

1, 2 - You have to know html. You can use almost all html tags, not just those in the editor.
3 - It's in theme, you can place a banner wherever you want. No one prevents you from editing it.
