It works now!
I have a problem with downloading a backup of the website.
Follow-up information.
The backup can only be downloaded if the file size is smaller, up to about 100 KB.

When the whole site downloads it stops, it crashes!
Solution, can the size of the downloaded data be changed? So increase. Where in which file.

It is a host issue, try backing up the site from your host interface instead then.
